Our fair trade Borneo Tribal Spike Mask is inspired by the indigeneous culture of Kalimantan ( Indonesian Borneo) They are hand carved by our master carvers from a single piece of local sustainably grown softwood known as monkeywood.
Our spike mask comes in the choice of three sizes; small - 30 cm by 10cm, medium 50 cm by 11 cm and large 100cm by 13 cm. As each is hand carved there will be slight differences between each masks which should be cherished as it makes them unique!

Our Gold Borneo Masks are stunning, they are hand carved and features a hand painted tactile gold spiral design which is inspired by traditional tribal face painting. They are made from a sustainable local soft wood known as monkeywood. As each is handcarved and handpainting each mask is slightly different, this should be cherished as it makes each mask unique!

Fair Trade Papua Warrior

Our stylised Papua Warriors are based on the brave tribal warriors in the remote Indonesian province of West Papua which forms the western half of the island of New Guinea. The pose shows the warrior on guard duty looking into the distance for enemies.
Our warriors are hand carved from a single piece of sustainably grown softwood known as monkeywood and the skirts and hair are made from coconut fibre. They come in two sizes and in the choice of blond or brown hair. Our small ones are 35 cm tall and our large ones are 115 cm tall.

Fair Trade Carved Wooden Giraffe

Our giraffes are made for us by a family living in central Bali. The giraffe is first carved from a sustainably grown local soft wood known on the island as monkey wood. It is then baked in the oven to harden and then the design is burnt on. As each giraffe is hand made each one is unique. The Baby Giraffe stand around 80 cm ( 2ft 8 in) high, the Mummy one 1m ( 3ft,4") the Daddy one 1.2m ( 4ft) and the Granddaddy one is 1.5m ( 5ft) . They all have a wooden base to make them stable.
