The paper is traditional Lokta paper which is made from a herb that grows wild in the Himalaya and the stars are hand printed onto the paper with carved wooden blocks. Each pack contains 3 A1 sheets and you get one blue, one green and one purple sheet, each handprinted with gold stars. Sorry out of stock of Maroon.

The bourganvillea is famous throughout Asia as the tree that is always in flower. The 'flowers' are actually the red leaves of the tree. This paper is simply gorgeous, it is made from Mulberry Leaf which is ground up and mixed up in a thick paste. The paste is then spread thinly over a fine metal mesh and left to dry in the sun, as it is drying the bourganvillea leaves are sprinkled into the mix.

The paper makes excellent wrapping paper or many of our customers use it to make their own lampshades or paper screens.
